Just off the top of my head, I recognize 2 final fantasy games, xenogears, xenosaga, wild arms 3, Evangelion (Anime, videogame, whatever) and countless others I've forgotten.

How many more RPG's can you find borrowing terms, phrases, or story reference from just this one page (Meaning just this one webpage as it stands, not all it's borrowed references, etc...)

Not every RPG looks to the Tree of Life when in need of names, but it seems to be a minor fad among recent titles. After all, who can resist a cool moniker like "Netsach"?

Kabbalistic and Biblical writings aren't the only sources to be borrowed from, of course. From what I understand, Emerald Dragon, an old PC-Engine/Super Famicom RPG, names a lot of its characters and locations after titles from the ancient Persian religion of Zoroastrianism.
