Virtual Boy Region Questions

Someone just asked me this..

"Are Carts and systems multi region, can I play jap carts on Euro/usa machine etc...vice versa"..

I don't honestly know the answer..to his question.

I figure all the Virtual Boys I own are US systems....and I play US and Japanese games on them.

But what other systems are out there.?

Is there a Euro Virtual Boy System and games...?

If Yes.
Can I play Euro games on my US system..vice versa.

Someone please fill me in on all of this....Thank You

99% sure the answer is yes, it will play anything just like the Game Boy. No PAL or anything to worry about.

right... no worries there. there's no tv to hook anything up to, so compatibility is all the same, since the big N makes the screens to go with the systems.

All Virtual Boy carts (Japanese or US) are playable on all Virtual Boy systems (Japanese or US).
I don't think the Virtual Boy was released anywhere else but Japan and America, so I don't believe there is a European system. The failure of the US Virtual Boy system likely aborted any plans for a more global release.
