I know I was talking to someone about how great it would be a week ago but I saw a headline in the new GameInformer when I was in gamestop. I havent gotten my mag yet and I cant wait.

IMO it looks like a shitty game and they just bastardized the LSL history to create some interest in it. They've even said that they neutered the game to make it more of a "family friendly" game. WTF, the entire purpose of the original LSL was that it wasn't a family game but an adult only game.

This isn't the LSL or Sierra that we grew up with.

ya, that has always been my greatest fear with every addition to the series. Although to be honest, I dont think there was anything all that riskie in the previous games (It was alot like pee-wee's plahouse, it was alot racier than a 7-year old would have caught).

Although I truely am going to miss the trivia test at the beginning of the game. Being that 7-year old, that was one of my fondest memorys of the game trying to answer those 5 questions correctly in Larry 1 so that I could see that girl in all her EGA glory pull up the blinds entirely at the start. I guess I'm getting old and the little ones wont appreciate that like I did.

on my own research, I was actually on his site less than a week ago to grab a copy of the 3d larry demo clip of the cancelled game like 3 years ago. looks like he removed that page
