Hey guys, a friend of mind is selling me an in store atari 2600 demo unit with 40 test games, installed, I wish I had a pick to show you guys (will post one when I pick it up), it's really big, has 2 built in controllers, built in paddles, 40 individuals games selectable with buttons, I know someone on this site owns one as I have seen them post a picture of it, it's in fairly good shape for it's age, I'm paying 225, I'm just curious what everyone thinks is a fair price for this unit (assuming they have seen one before and knows what it is.) Anyways, I'm pretty stolked to be getting it, should be picking it up on wendesday, thoughts/sugggestions would be appreciated

Considering that you have something that was not sold in stores, you have something that is quite unique. I would have priced it much higher, but that is just me. What something is worth and what people are willing to pay are two different things :)

Yea I tottaly agree with you, I know 225 is a damn good price, curious as to what the demand and commanding price on a unit like this might be today, I probably won't have room to keep it very long sadly, also this is now posted in the video game forum, sorry for the double posting, a mod can delete this post to bring more attention to the post in the alternate forum
