its almost a given since you can get all kinds of pirates over there.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I've seen a Mega Man III pirate in the same style, only the label art featured a cheesy bubble robot from the 50's. Pretty cool still, blue cart plastic.

Now, is the "ViC" on the front the name of the release group? Seems like their affinity for the series went beyond simply releasing the game :D
