I don't see why it wouldn't work with any other Dreamcast...looks like it plugs into the auxiliary port where the modem normally goes.

There are a couple of problems with that add-on. If I recall correctly it worked with an online deal in Japan only, so you'll be SOL for some J Pop singing. ;) The other problem is they sell for around $10 in Japan! So if you buy one don't spend big bucks for one.
