As promised, here are some more good deals on games I found at work! I got pissed at all the wrong price tags at work and went crazy switching them to the right price. During this fit of price-taggin' rage, I discovered the following at $9.99:

I updated again with today's findings. $4.96 games have the price beside them. I just picked up two of the Xbox offerings for a combined total of $10 :D.

I bought Wipeout Fusion the day it came out for full price (for some reason I seem to remember it was $39.99 at release...). It's incredible, only bested by Wip3out in my opinion. At $9.99 I'd almost buy a backup copy. Almost.

Thanks for the heads up!...I got Wild Arms 3, Robotech: BC and Mobile Light Force 2 for $9.96 each. No indication of a sale or lower price for the first two...is this the norm at Circuit City? If so, keep on posting these deals!

Nah, everyone's got games they like that no one else does. Just, I played the demo for Treasure Planet and didn't care for it. And, being a disney games, and not an altogether popular one, I don't see it being extremely rare in the future.

List updated! The price isn't indicated because basically people that work there don't take the time to change them. Any time I get a chance I take a stack of older games (at least a few months old) and do an inquiry on them and check to see if their current price matches up with the sticker. The best find of today was Gungrave and Freaky Flyers. Enjoy!

Funny store about Treasure Planet. I actually won that game last year when it came out from a box of Froot Loops. I then did the ol' Wal-Mart return trick (for reference, the ONLY time I've ever done it). It was funny since the game was free, it had the upc punched out (though it was still sealed):

Wal Mart Lady: "This upc is punched out...that's weird!"
Me: "Sure is, hmm. there seems to be another upc on top there!"
*scans upc, issues gift card*
Me: "Thanks!"

That game got my grandparents Christmas gifts :D.

Thanks for the update Dr. J...picked up Gungrave in all it's "Blowed Up Real Good" Goodness! First game I've ever played where there was a dedicated button to make your character strike a dramatic pose. Beautiful graphics and old-school simplicity...Kill everything and look cool doing it. Not bad for 10 bucks.

I'd go for it at $20 if I were you. Hell, I paid full price and I haven't been disappointed. First truly challenging game I've played in a LOOONG time.

I just came from Circuit City and they had a bunch of Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2. But they were at $19.99. I had the guy scan it (he looked a little annoyed, but whatever) and it did come out to $19.99. :(

Is this perhaps only a local deal?

Well at overstock,com they have wild arms 3 for 9.99 use the new buyer 5 dollar off coupon and its only 2.98 shipping. plus they have 2 jampacks for 1.99 each, and a powerpuff girls game for 5.99 as well, though they may be out of that one as they were low on em yesterday when I ordered, and they take paypal for payment:)

I went to my CC today and had nothing of the sort. They had some of the mentioned games, but for WAY more than $4.99 or $9.99. I think the cheapest ones I saw were $16.99 (the sale games). It must be an isolated situation, not nationwide. :embarrassed: :(

Just picked up Super Bobble pop 14.99 and Yanya Caballista for 29.99 at Circuit city last night.Also saw Sega gt 2002/Jet Set radio future and Star wars: Clone wars/ Tetris worlds combo packs (without the system just the games) that were selling for 99.99. @_@ That's about it.

Man, my CC was out of WaveRace, but I did pick up Gungrave and Wildarms3. I'll be heading to a different one tomorrow looking for WaveRace. I already own it, but I want to get it for someone as a gift.

I picked up Wipeout Fusion and Gungrave at CC yesterday, for ten dollars each a real bargain! (I wanted to buy Wipeout anyway) Wipeout had still the $50 price tag on it, but I let them check the price and it was indeed reduced.

Additionally I picked up Soul Reaver 2 ($20) and Midway Arcade Treasures (for the normal release price of $20) at CC, and at a local EB Games I saw Genma Onimusha for ten dollars, and Devil May Cry 2 for twenty.

That's six good games for $90, per game $15, a very good deal indeed considering what we spent for SNES games (even one year after their release).

I also got three nice oversized display boxes from the EB store, one of them (Project Gotham Racing 2) is already in my game room. :)
