Thats been on my watch list since it started....just curious as to how high it gets. You see, I prefer to take my chances on finding it in the wild...it saves money, gives you more to search for, and makes the find more worthwhile then plunking lots of cash down on eBay. Plus, in my opinion, a true collector wouldnt go buying a rare game on eBay anyways...unless its something impossible to find anywhere else like the NWC cart.

Im in the same boat as Cmosfm on this one. I dont think im going to spend 200+ on any game. I would love to find one in the wild.

That's not a bad price for this game. Depending on the competition, this game usually hits over $300. (Remember that complete one that went for over $1100 about 6 months ago)

Actually, the complete one went for $1837.00 in March. Just before this, in late 2002, a *SEALED* one went for only $660.00. I use the word only because if a sealed one ever pops up again, it may well shatter the $1837 price record.

Just so you know, I know a sealed NES collector that offered the sealed SE guy (a regular poster on nesforums, btw) $2400 for it, and he turned it down. So the next sealed SE will go for at least that ;)

Absolutely correct, Dave. At a minimum it will hit that, but I wouldn't doubt if it would go over $3K, I believe that the guy who owns 2 NWC carts tried contacting me a while back to buy that as well. He was contacting a bunch of people here at DP to find the owner of the sealed SE. Wish I had one!

Yeah, thats him. He contacted me and dave2236 looking for that new/sealed SE a few months ago. He also is the person who bought out dave2236's 3DO collection a few months ago.

My bad. The PAL box is easy to tell apart, as it has a language other than english on it. :) I'll let D_N_G confirm that as well for me, as I've only seen it, and don't have it.
