Numbness from PS2 controller.

When I play for a while on my PS2 standard controller my left palm "Falls asleep".

It might be cuz I have big hands with xtra-long fingers. (xl gloves are sometimes too small)

Any one else have this prob? Are there any 3rd party controllers that might fix this?

When I play PS2, may fingers start to ache, and I have to crack 'em if I wanna keep playing.
