They do ship internationally, but you'll need to drudge through some Japanese to order it. Has lots of goodies, like old Japanese commercials, the Famicom Top 100, developer and staff interviews, etc.

It's running until 2/8, in Ebisu, which is very central (and a quick bicycle ride from my house) so I'll probably go check it out.

If you have a PS2, there's a bunch of swap discs available as well. It's how I play all my import Godzilla flicks. :D

Also if you have a DVD burner, you can always strip the region code off the disc and reburn it. I'm sure lots of people here would do that for you as well (*cough*).

I'd rather see something like a famicom-flavored special-edition GBA released instead :(

EDIT: I should have added - IN AMERICA. I want something I can go to the store and buy, not something I have to use Lik-Sang for. This business of only releasing goodies in Japan = teh sux.

Well, threre is a Famicom-flavored GBA that was released, but it was for a drawing only -- you can't buy them.

Amazon.co.jp is still relatively young. They don't have previews of a lot of stuff. My friend's wife is pretty high up there. I should bust her ass on it.
