The BestBuy near me is giving out free issues of Nintendo Power Advance, a strategy guide for Golden Sun, and three other GBA games. They were originally priced at $4.99, but they can't sell the damn things, so now they're giving them away. I managed to score three; one for me, and I'll give the other two away to a couple of friends. Thought you guys might want to check your best buy stores to see if they're doing this.

Sometimes at Circuit city they blow out the older Prima Guides for a penny each. I got like 10 each of Tekken Tag and some WWF er WWE guide. It ended up being a bag full for like 15 or 20 cents. The clerk was shocked at the score, even though it's not that great.

Yeah I found a few deals like that too. Buy Atari posted about the BB doing a penny each sale, and sure enough, they were there. :) The Cashier did give me a bit of a hard time though when checking out. :( She just didn't believe they were really a penny, and didn't want to sell them to me. She was calling over other associates and everything. :) In the end though I picked up about 50 or so strategy guides for under a buck!
Oh and I also hit up the TRU, they also had some guides, which in their system were .01, but they weren't priced. They have those price thingies, so I could check myself. But some of the guides that were suppose to be on sale wouldn't come up in the system at all, and the sales clerk then told me, none were forsale, they all had to go back to the manufacturer. :( Oh well, I think it was pokemon stuff anyway, maybe some WWF guides. not a big loss.
