Picked up a japenese starndard white console today loose but in great cosmetic condition for 8 bux, Iv read playstation or us saturn cords will work but they aren't even shaped the exact way to fit, my questions are is the voltage the same as the us saturn console and where is the easiest, best, and cheapest place to get a japanese satun ac cable or generic one that will work, I assume it's modded too because inside was a professionally looking burn of radient silvergun

The voltage is close enough not to hurt the unit. Also, while not the prefered method... you could just shave the square edges off a US power cord. Check the local game shops for a universal cord or try Radio Shack if you're in the US.

Yea I was thinking I would just shave another cord, I think it's the best and cheapest method as long as the voltage difference won't hurt the unit, I wish I had bought more spare ac cables for a dollar when i had the chance, thanks for the info

I have used a Japanese Saturn, DC, PS2, GC and XBox without any problems. Some for 5 or so years without a hitch. You're welcome.

Or you can buy a cord from Radio Shack for $5 :) They'll have one that fits...generic work fine! The one I use is from a toaster!

I got my cord at Game Stop for $3, and it's not for a toaster! :D
