The remake of the original is pretty damn scary, so much so that I am still stuck in a room with a Crimson Head waiting for me on the other side of the door. I have been cowering there for the last six months...

i've only played resident evil, and resdient evil zero, out of those two i say the remake

The remake wins. It's beautfiul, the play is spot on, and it's scary as hell.

Get the remake of the original. GREAT graphics, and probably one of the top 2-3 gamecube games available.
I haven't gotten around to playing RE0 yet, and I've had it for about a year now. The 2 re-releases have NO updated graphics or gameplay, and are still going for $25-$30. Don't touch em.
