Suggestions for Rom management?

I was wondering what everyone else is using to organize and scan their rom collections for the various console emulators out there. For MAME I have great results from CLRMame Pro. I have not found anything that worked as well for NES, SuperNES, Genesis, SMS, or Turbo Graphics 16. I don’t like all the chaos that is my current collection. I have multiple duplicates in my TG16 collection alone.
Does anyone have any suggestions for programs they use or a source for working DATs for CLRMame Pro for the console emulators?
