Ok while at my local bookstore, I found a copy of Kakuto Chojin For 20 dollars, but I didnt have the money, but they were able to reserve it. It it worth it and what should I sell it for?

I know people have grabbed copies because of the recall, planning on selling them for big bucks but I don't think that's worked. I've checked eBay for them a few times to see what they're going for and they rarely go for more than $20. I somehow doubt they'll ever be worth a lot...of course I could be wrong. I was once.

Yeah, I think sealed copies of this game usually sell on ebay for $15-$20. If you picked it up, you really wouldn't make much profit on it if you planned to sell it right away.

This game is complete garbage and totally unenjoyable. I think that this was one of the reasons why Microsoft declined to "fix" the game and re-release it....it just wasn't worth it. It doesn't make much sense for people to drop big bucks on a crap game, (even if it was recalled and is somewhat rare) so I doubt it will ever be worth much from a collectors standpoint.

I'd say at $20 you're overpaying. There will most likely never be demand for that title.

Some of the lamest games are the rarest and most expensive.

I thought that this game was recalled and then re-released becaused of something that offended some religious group. The game WAS selling for a pretty penny when it was recalled but it's value probably plummeted once it was re-released with the offending material edited.

The un-edited version may still be worth something but I'm not really sure about this.

I agree with the recent posts that this game isn't really any fun at all. I can't see a demand for this other than for a collector. I have seen it about at some shops pretty cheap. As stated in previous posts, sometimes the most lamest, unenjoyable games become the rarest. Anyone remember "The Space Adventure" for Sega CD.

Is that really a bad game? I really dig the SegaCD & FMV games, so I've been thinking buying it. From what I've seen/heard, it doesn't sound that terrible.

I think down the road it will be worth something especially if it is sealed. I too think the reason it was recalled and not fixed is because it was crap in most peoples eyes. Twenty dollars is too much for an open copy. That would be around the high end average for a sealed copy.

I like this game. I am not sure what it is, I just like playing it. I am actually the high bidder on one ending tomorrow.

The Space Adventure was like Snatcher, except without any real player interaction. All you did was read and it got boring at times. There were nice moments and a cool villian but the game felt more of a drag than entertaining.
