It's just a portable famicom...the guy is including a famicom to nes adapter to play American nes games....these things aren't all that rare...they're just imports...and really from what I heard arn't that great.

I have one and I'm very disappointed in it. The screen is so blurry (they're known for that) that I can't enjoy playing it.
