Help with O2em

I need some help with the O2em emulator. I downloaded the zipfile, the samples, the roms (including the bios binary) and the launcher. I have them all in the same folder (with the exception of the samples, they are in a "voices" subfolder.)

When I run the launcher, I get a screen where the "launch o2em" button doesnt work, but the options button does, but doesnt give many active options.

When I try to run without the launcher, I get the command line screen - good. Bt then I type in: o2em kcmunch.bin

The command line screen disappears as if nothing happened.

Any suggestions?
