FF Origins doesn't exist?!

My mother was looking for Final Fantasy Origins for my at EB (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/233114.asp) and Babagges (http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=934573) today when she went Christmas shopping. The stupid people there told her the game didn't exsit...

LOL! Wow! I have a rare never released prototype Square game in my PSX collection, with a strategy guide written for it too! How'd they write a strategy guide for a game that doesn't exist?

Now i'md ebating on finding Origins or keeping X-2. Ick.
