First CPS-2 game?

I think Forgotten Worlds was the first CPS-1 game, and Red Earth/Warzard for the CPS-3... but what about CPS-2? I'm guessing Alien vs. Predator, as it was made in 1994, and that's the farthest back CPS-2 game I can recall... anyone know an older game than AvP?

I thought Super Street Fighter 2 was the first... but I could be wrong. KLOV says it was a 1993 release.
