Some people... I hope this guy gets pulled. At first, I figured that if people were stupid enough to bid on it they this guy deserved the cash. But after this single auction managed to get hit by every single one of my "in item desription" searches on ebay I became frustrated. How do you go about reporting a guy?

It would fall under "unauthorized copies."

Reported!

Yeah, I did too while I was there. I see the auction is still going. If all fails, maybe you could email Nintendo. :)

I've got quite the ROM collection too, but selling them crosses some sort of line.

I've reported lots of auctions for piracy and ebay hasn't closed one. I don't think they care unless the person reporting is the copyright owner.

Wow, it finished at $103.51.

I hope the bidders didn't think that they were getting actual game carts.
I thought that the description was clear.

.....Now where's all my black CDs?.......
