I can't recommend this book enough! The Game Makers is the story of Parker Brothers and is written by Phil Orbanes, currently president of a small game company called Winning-Moves. Phil was also the man responsible for getting Parker Brothers into the videogame business and he devotes around 8 pages to the subject.
