Golden Axe 3 Megadrive PAL????

Is there a Golden Axe 3 release for PAL Megadrive ?? (i.e. European).

I have been told that there is, and it's packaged with a blue strip down the front like the games that were released near to the end of the systems life.

But I have never heard that it was released in Europe before / dont believe them? @_@

As far as I know, it's Japan-only.
I never saw one among the 20,000+ PAL auctions I saw whilst compiling the MD rarity list, and havenever heard of a rumoured release either.
I suppose there's a slim chance it was released in Australia (or Brazil), but I'm pretty sure it never came out in Europe.
