eBay Don't give a shit. This is known as the postage loophole. Anyone can post whatever postage price they like, because it's treated as handling and insurance. Expect a Robot reply from eBay, You wonder sometimes if any REAL people run it.. (I know there phone number, I don't dare ring it though LOL :)
