Not what I wanted, but it's different.

How tough would it be to change every color on that screen to blue? That would really give it that Tempest and Vectrex kind of feel.

When I get a chance, I will make a green and also a black and white version.

Remove a few frames of animation and you basically have a hand-held tabletop version :)
If you removed any animation frames you would'nt have any animation. :)

AWESOME. Is that really done with vectors or are you faking it?

I'm pretty sure it's just a hack of the Atari 2600 version of Donkey Kong, edited to look like vectors.
Actaully drawing vectors on a 2600 would be quite the feat.
On the animation, it's been a while, but didn't Mario only have 2 frames of animation to begin with? I'm pretty sure the fire barrels did. It's been so long it's hard to remember.

No real vectors. Its just the original game done in outline. When you see the Green version and the black and white version, it really looks like an old vector game. Vector Pitfall is really cool, but I won't release that untill it is finished.
Animation wise, Mario has 3 frames, the barrels have 2 frames and the fireballs have no animation. Very few 2600 games have more then a couple frames per sprite.

I would love to get all of these in cart form if you produce them.
