So what's the story on Steel Battalion 2?

Now that I have an Xbox and some money to blow, I really want to get Steel Battalion. I heard Capcom will be releasing SB II (or whatever it's called) around March of next year. The thing is I keep hearing conflicting rumors about how the game will be released. Some say a new 40 button controller will be sold with it (separately & together) and others say that one won't be available at all since the game can be played with a standard Xbox controller.

Does anyone know the story on this yet? I really want that huge frickin' controller, so should I start hunting on ebay for one now before prices skyrocket, or will one most likely be released with the game?

(BTW if anyone has one for sale/trade, let me know!)

No way in hell SB2 would be playable without the hugeass controller. I think Capcom said themselves that it'd be packaged with and without the big controller, so...
