Can Euro N64's work on a regular US TV or VCR?

The important thing here to note, is that it is not simply a question that the European N64s are PAL, but the fact that practically all US TVs do not support a PAL signal through composite or S-video. Whereas we're lucky here and almost all modern TVs in Europe support both :D
