i'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with either the blaze mini twin stick for the dreamcast or the dragoncast fighter pad for the DC, and if so what's your opinion of it? I'm looking into either buying a mini twin or two fighter's pads so myself and my girlfriend can play DC fighters. right now i'm leaning toward the mini twin, but i'm not sure if it is actually big enough for two people to play comfortably. i was also looking at the regular twin stick, but am reluctant to spend $50.00 on it right now, but if enough people respond and it's unanimous that that is the better choise i will wait and spring for it in the future.

The mini twin is a good stick, but it may be a little too small for you. Your best bet IMO, is to get 2 of the Agetec sticks. These sticks are the best, and are perfect for fighting games.
Plus there are two of them, instead of just one.
If you do find 1 or 2 of the Agetecs, you cant go wrong, but if you cant find them, go with the mini. They are both solid sticks either way.

Those are the Agetec sticks(green officially licensed DC sticks). A friend of mine has 4 of the O_O!
They still go for a high amount on ebay so if you can find one for cheaper than $45 you should invest in it!

I coulda sworn they were ASCII, whatever. They're your best bet. I picked one up from my friend a couple years back and it's been very good to me.

Really? I only have one, and its my favorite stick of all time, but i only paid $15 at Gamestop for it. I guess i should have bought another.

Yeah they go for insane amounts of prices on eBay, along with the Playstation Namco joystick(grey with yellow buttons). Of course GameStop doesn't know any better so they sell them at a set price with a generic SKU stating 'DC_PS1 Joystick' lol.

I don't know if any of you are familiar with the Interact Alloy Arcade DC stick, but imo it's well worth buying. I picked it up for about 15$ on eBay, because it was the only DC arcade stick i could find for the DC in Belgium.
I didn't realize until i opened the package what a great deal it was :)
So if you ever get the chance of picking it up for a good price, don't hold back; they're well worth the money. Just do a google search, there are plenty of reviews online.

I'll add another vote for the fantastic Official DC sticks. I picked up a pair for £20 (inc p&p) when all DC stuff was being blown out at clearance prices in 2001. :D
The ASCII/Capcom 6-button fighting pads are pretty decent for a joystick-phobe aswell. They're like a chunkier version of the smaller Japanese Saturn pads.

i think i'm going to go the exspensive route instead and get a two player X-Arcade stick with the dreamcast adapter, cause i was going to spent about $50 on two DC sticks and $100 on a hotrod joystick, so i figure by getting the x-arcade with the free adapter i can use one for both, plus i can get other adapters in the future for my other systems, thanks for all the input though everyone:)

Yeah the X-Arcade, I don't like. The stick feels WAY too loose. And the 2 player model, the two sticks are awfully close together.
