Who was the first host, Jeff Edwards or Mark Richards?

I thought Richards was the replacement host after Edwards started hosting the show visibly drunk, but the production quality on the Richards episodes sucks, so now I wonder if Edwards replaced Richards (who hosts like a total newb) and then they just cancelled the show when Edwards got too boozy.

OK that's what I was thinking...at first I thought they brought in a new guy, but these Richards eps are just so lame. I guess they brought in Edwards and he hosted until the show's demise. I wonder if the show ended because of ratings or because he started getting wasted?
