Platformers and fighting games are the games that i live for, so i was extremely excited when i heard there would be another Jak and Daxter on the way. I finally purchased the game, and was blown away with how great it is.
Finally Jak talks, and he now has an attitude. Hes like the freakin hulk when he transforms, and he gets some weapons. Who couldnt like the game?

Anyone else play it yet?

I have played it, but OMFG, ever seen Kung Pow: Enter the Fist? When the Chosen One rips out those guys's eyes, and he's yelling and his neck is tense, and then his vein pops and squirts blood?

That's what the game does to me. I love the game, but there were points when I tried tearing the PS2 controller apart with my bare hands. Almost did it too. If I had a ton of loot, I'd buy a stack of Jak IIs, and smash the CD apart every time I got pissed.

Great game tho. A lot of fun when it's not lowering my lifespan by stress. Like, I said to myself several times "This game is so much fun, when it's not killing me prematurely."

Dave- Yea i hear ya. Im only abot 16% of the way, but even now its getting kind of hard. Im trying to take it slowly so i dont get absorbed into Naughty Dog's evil world of impossible missions.

I'm also addicted to the game. I'm about 50% through it. Each time the missions feel like they are getting a bit repetitive, a new mission will come along which brings the game to a whole new level.

I ate the first one up with a spoon, got 101/100 of those crystal dealies, saved the save game just in case the sequel cared about the uber super total completion+1 that I did (I tried and tried again to make the first one give a crap about the fact that I had in fact liberated 101 crystals when it claimed erroneously that there were only 100. The bastards.)

Some rat I play D&D with, who will for the time being remain nameless *coughSeancough* claimed around Thanksgiving that he would lend me this dollop of awesome sauce. He failed, and for it, I am saddened. That said, I've got a stack of games that right now have me at work with only the sleep I could steal on the bus. Yar.

Played the demo of it and like it alot. The clean crisp graphics and sound really did it for me.
