Can someone confirm what tool to use on X-box?

Funny you should ask this, I am working on one right now. To get inside the system, you need to use a T20 bit and to remove the internal screws, you need to use a T10 bit. That's all I needed to use for a laser lens replacement. (plus a phillips screwdriver to open up the DVD drive casing)

I can confirm the above. Phillips for the controllers, and some Xbox system internals. You need the larger Torx to open the main case, and the smaller Torx once you are inside (or you can't do squat).
