Can anyone here code for the dreamcast? Just want to know what you guys can do or have done.

If you haven't already, you're probably best off asking on the forums over at DCEmulation (http://www.dcemulation.com) and Consolevision (http://www.consolevision.com/). Both of those sites are popular amung the Dreamcast homebrew crowd.
