$1 BIN and $60 S&H??? In fact, take a look at his other auctions. I should BIN and then refuse to pay the $60 S&H and report to ebay so he gets stuck. He probably wouldn't sell it anyways.

As far as I'm aware, if you bid on an item and in clearly states shipping fees then you;re obligated to follow through with your end of the contract and pay.

Besides, at the very least I'm sure the guy would give you a negative when you didn't pay.

Yea report him if you want, but don't sink down to his level by being dishonest too.
If you click BIN you technically are under contract to buy it.

But on a side note this guy has been reported several times and I'm sure EBay will get him. They do want their fees. LOL

And yet, that guy has a 100% feedback... :hmm:

I have a hunch that if I were to contact him and ask if I'd be allowed to pick it up in person if I won (he states that he lives in Montreal), he'd refuse downright and insist on the $60 shipping fees.
