Wanna see something cool?

I've had two of the issues up in the past though they were poor quality. Check these four out. Also if anyone has issues 1-4 I'd like to add them here and will pay nicely for them as well.
Enjoy!

Cool! I didn't know that Columbia House's videogame club looked so great!!! I sure hope someone has the first issues.
BTW, Joe, would it be possible to add the flipped first page of each of these issues, as the back page comes out upside down? Aside from that, great scans!

None of it is upside down, Sarah. The front page is half right-side up and half upside-down but that's because the brochure was folded in half (you can probably see the fold lines on the larger sized scans)! If you can't read that half-page upside-down try printing it out. Heck, fold it in half for the full effect, even!

so going by columbia house's current pricing, at the time, these games were overpriced by anywhere from 3-8 dollars?

Joe, I guess to see the upside-down backpage, I'll have to save the page on my computer and flip it 180 degrees with an image editor.... :D

Kick-Man for 2600?!?!
Yeah, isn't that great? People have asked me where we came up with a photo of the box years ago. This was it.

That should do it - or print it out! I'd "split" the page as you suggested but that kinda ruins the authenticity of the scan. Plus I have mad upside-down reading skillz. I can even write upside-down. 8-)

I'll take Stronghold for $24.95 please. And please enclose the Super Hit-Man cap with my order. Thank you.

In case some of you didn't hear this. Columbia House brought back it's video game club, but these days you have to belong to one of there other clubs to get access to it. I belong to the DVD club and have ordered some games. Prices are fair and they ship fairly fast.

they cut a nice deal with majesco (who is distributing the games columbia lists), i believe, so a lot of the games you'll see in the new club are fairly common greatest hits ps2/xbox/gc titles with some pre-release stuff and new games. the pricing on some stock is low ONLY if you don't know of any other places to get what they have (and on the dp site, that's a laugh- everyone knows someplace to get cheap stuff from). they DO offer online specials and price cuts not listed in the DVD mailings and free shipping on new items or more than 3 purchases (the latter was availble over the holiday season)...
notice how there's no actual video game club now- imagine the thousands of non-paying deadbeats who'd take advantage of that offer now..."get 12 videogames for a penny! (plus shipping)"... @_@ LOL
