It is complete and basically brand new, but it has been opened and played once by me. It is just not my kind of game. I really don't like first person shooters. Amazing graphics though and it a very highly reviewed game. I am looking for another GC game. Maybe:

Luigi's Mansion
Simpson's Hit and Run
Mario Kart Double Dash
True Crime Streets of LA
or Mario Party 5.
