Problems running Beatmania 1st mix

Hello, I downloaded the CHD and the rom... it shows up in MAME and opens fine...

But at the start up screen (everything testing I guess, OK shows up next to almost everything) it just hangs.

The only 2 names that OK doesn't appear next to is S RAM and HD

Am I missing something? Do I have to press something?

You arent missing anything. Just wait and wait...it'll come up after a few minutes :)
