Just put SC and any other Xbox PH game(s) in your cart. You'll see. And I guess it's not out, just back order. You may want to get this stuff on store pickup to ensure you'll get it.

For the record, Greatist Hits labled games are usually not as collectible as the original.

I just ordered 15 games. We will see what happens.
3 things can happen:

1.They ship the games. :)

2.They refuse to sell at that price. (since the error is on their part they will have to offer some type of compromise)

3.They try to charge my credit card the full amount. (what fun I will have with them if they try that. Illegal to charge more then the order form total)

Worth the try. I'll get something cheap either way.

Do you remember the Panzer Dragoon Orta/Skies of Arcadia Legends fiasco? BB won't offer any compensation. I hope I can get at least one of the games I ordered off of this. I only order 3 (Well, 2 Splinter Cells, but one is for a friend). BB sucks at being customer-freindly if they have a mistake on thier website. It's good that you got a confirmation. The gears may have begun to turn. :D

BestBuy had a similar problem with a projector they were selling a few months ago - tons of people tried to get it at the dead cheap price. As far as I know, they didn't honor most of the sales (just cancelled the order), so I wouldn't hold great hope.

But a deal is a deal!! If a store mismarks an item, they have to honor it!! It is not the customers fault if things were marked wrong!! It is solely the stores fault, and should honor the given price. If they are the quality store they claim to be, they will honor these games prices. x_x

You have 8 days to pick it up after you order.

But yea, they have to honor whatever price they list. I remember I was getting the Age of Empires 2 expansion from best buy, usually for some new stuff it's 10 bucks cheaper there for the first week or so. Well I was a day late, but the price listed was still the cheaper one. When it rang up 10 bucks higher than the price on the shelf, I told them about it, they went and got the price tag and honored it.

I just got my order confirmation this morning, after ordering on Sunday night! I got 11 games, 10 new ones and the extra Splinter Cell. They say they'll ship between 1/13 and 1/24.. big window for them to realize their goof. (All local stores were out of EVERY game I wanted... weird)

My game that was put on backorder (Mechassault) was canceled. I'm not too pissed about that as I have 2 SCs and the Simpsons Road Rage coming, but the email says that I canceled it. After I make sure my dad didn't do anything, I'm going to call BB's customer help line because when I had my dad call the credit card company to make sure the charges were correct, they had charged me for all 4 games, one of which I won't be getting unless I can "convince" them over the phone.

Well, at least when there is a fuckup on a shelf tag, there was usually a sale and they didn't mark it back up... in this case, you have to add it to your cart before you even see the lower price, so it is a LOT different. If nobody had accidentally found this and told everyone, we'd have never seen a $5 price.
