I found these Famicom games at a garage sale near my house a few weeks ago for .25 each. 8-)

Peach Boy Legend by Hudson Soft (complete)
Tetris by BPS (almost complete, no plastic tray)
Tetris 2 + BomBliss by BPS (no box)
Mahjong by Pony Canyon (complete, box in fair condition, there was also an instruction manual for some Data East golf game in the box.)
Super Mario Bros. by Nintendo (complete, but instruction manual is all chewed up. No plastic tray. The box still has the price sticker! 3,920 yen.)
Jin Sei Geki Joh 2 by Taito (complete, comes in plastic case.)

I haven't tried any of them yet, but the cartridges are all in good condition. Can anyone give me an idea of how valuable any of these are?

The Tetris games and that Mahjong title probably don't interest many folks...but the complete Peach Boy, Mario, and the last title (I would like to know how that plays) sound rather interesting. At most, you're looking at $5 a cart for the average stuff, still not bad though :) I can't say if any of those are rarities, but until I find out about the Peach Boy and last title I'd say this sounds like average stuff. Mario's got intrinsic value, of course, because it's Mario...but the game, complete, isn't worth much.

^ That Taito game looks rather interesting!

I am also curious for anybody who knows about famicom games, how can you tell what they are if they are in Japanese? Anybody know where to look or how to tell? I have some but I only can tell what one is.

Sometimes the titles are in English. Sometimes you can tell by the artwork, and other times by the game itself... then there's times that you just need help and have to ask someone that knows Japanese.
