is this an overseas only title (non-US)? picked up a copy today, loose and wondered what i had in my hands, any relation to the card game super tennis?

No its not a US release, but saw release in Australia, UK, and Canada

It was only release in Europe, Australia and Canada ( for the bilingual market).

No relation to Super Tennis since that was also released overseas.

I Compare it to the Tennis Game called Racket on Certain Nokia Phones. Nope, theres no relation between those two, but it's EXTREAMLY simalar to the first Wimbledon Game for SMS.
