It's 128 meg of RAM, and does have TV-Out.
Sorry, no trades. I'm selling this for my dad so he can use the money towards a PCI card that will work for him. He bought this mail order for $90 the day after Christmas, only to discover that his new Dell doesn't have an AGP slot. So the box has been opened, but the card has never been installed.
