GTA was released as freeware many months ago, but Wild Metal is kind of new.

Is Wild Metal any good?

I have it for the Dreamcast. It's not the most fun game I've ever played, but it was pretty good.

Ooh, very nice.

Oddly enough, it was only just recently that I saw the "Grand Theft Auto Classics" pack (GTA, GTA London, and GTA2) appearing in stores. It struck me as a bit of a waste of money condsidering that GTA was available as freeware. Now it's even more pointless.

Not quite.

For us 56k'ers, I'd rather spend $20-$30 to buy all those then to sit through the enormous download times these would entail.

Or I would just get someone who has broadband to download and burn them for me. But if that option wasn't available...

Why spend the 30 bucks? You could always Just let it download overnight.

I'd rather spend the cash. I'm probably not the only one who would either. There's just something about owning the original...

Last time I checked, GTA alone was around 500MB. Add GTA2 to that, and you're probably looking at about 1.2GB of files to download. I'm lucky if I can download just 70MB in a night. LOL

BEcayuse it's the favorite GTA game??

I liked the PSX version by the way. Someone said something about crappy controls. I, personally, really dug it.
