Do I need to buy the Collector's Guide to get all the Rarity

I would like to get all the full versions of the Rarity/Pricing guide. Do I need to get the Collector's guide to get it?

I'm not just trying to get the full rarity lists for the really old systems, I'm trying to get all of them from the NES to the Dreamcast.

Would this have it?

No.

Basically anyone that has 'DP Guide Lite' next to it in the Rarity Link above is included in the guide. Anything that says "collectors list" next to it, it is not in the guide yet.
