I will never understand why people are so lazy or stupid not to take 10 seconds to clean an item before they list it.

Pretty dusty.. my guess is it was stored in the basement / garage where some sawblades were at work.

I don't think it would have been too difficult to at least clean it up enough to make it look black again. Using simple alcohol wipies (or similar stuff) would be enough to remove at least the basic dust and crud from the console.
