I recently got Micro Machines V3 for PSX today, and I was surprised to find it rated a rarity of R7+!
This was the PAL version however, and does the rarity lower for the PAL version? Was it only uncommon in the US?
Thanks.

I'm not sure about the PAL version, but the NTSC list is still in progress, and V3 as an "R7" is a holdover from an older list, I believe. I've owned 2 and have passed up buying a third, so maybe R4 or 5 would be more accurate.
That said, PAL rarities are often completely different from US rarities - look at Samba de Amigo DC, which you can get for five bucks in NTSC but considerably more in PAL.

The PAL version is no way a R7. Possibly R3 or R4, but I shouldn't think much more.
Just about all Micro Machines games are much more common in PAL rather than NTSC.
Oh, and the '+' in 'R7+' just means that it's a good game, not that it's any more rare than an 'R7-' or 'R7'.

Thanks for your help guys! I always thought the +/- meant like, .5 or something. :o
Yeah, I figured it wasn't an R7, as I recently saw another copy of it a few weeks ago. I passed it up as it was missing the instruction manual.
I don't expect to see a game with an R7 twice in one month. :o
That said, it's certainly not a common game - an R4 at the very most.
