The white one doesn't look as nice as the Panzer Dragoon model. I like the DOA cool blue one, though.

Finally got my black Sega Sports DC, so all my 128-bit machines match now...

I am sick of all the cool different systems only being release in Japan. I doubt I would shell out the cash just for a different color but the option would be nice.

By the way what country spends more on games Japan or USA? My guess would be Japan.

The US market is the world's largest, followed by Europe, and then Japan.

Japan might have a far larger percentage of hardcore gamers though.

Yes these japanese ppl made me mad .. they seem to get all the cool "limited edition" stuff.. although we can buy black/blue/green/yellow/white/red ps2's.. and we did have like.. a clear nintendo didnt we? and a black DC..and 3 diff color GC's.. so we dont get shafted on everything.. but they still get all that and more.. also we have a clear lime green xbox.

i think that when a company makes a console, they should come out with like a few diff colors that u can choose from.. like it woulda been cool if they woulda came out with like.. a black xbox and a lime green clear xbox and like a silver one.. that woulda been pretty coo..

the color of the console doesnt matter to me [as long as its ok looking], its just when u see the same console in another color that u get jealous..

Isn't the Xbox selling like a brick in Japan? Why don't they release these consoles in a country that might actually buy the systems? Hell, the DC is still outselling the Xbox in Japan...not that I would complain about that.

1) $$ per capita
2) Total $$ with merchandising. I think Bandai's Gundam line alone would boost anime, toys, and game markets above anything else in the world. :)

Also, the US numbers will be going south on last year and this year reports. The Dollar has gotten weak compared to absolutely everything.

I wish I had enough extra money to buy things like limited edition consoles. If I did, I would buy every one that I could. Maybe someday, but for now i will have to deal with my normal colored systems.

Oh my God. I am in love with the white one. I really like it better than the black.. er.. dark green or whatever.

But damn it. Probably no BIG controller that matches. Screw it. Only if I can get a BIG white controller in place of the S-Controller would I consider it.

I love the look though.

www.PlayAsia.com has the blue one HERE (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-2c-70-3k1-4-14.html) for $299. Considering the very limited edition I think it is quite cheap.
