Does anyone know if this one will play on an NTSC North American Nintendo?

The packaging for the game would like you to believe you cannot:

Perhaps that's the case. If you could actually make it run, chances are it's going to run too fast (as you know), which could possibly be the reason for the warning.

If you've made your NES universal you can.
It doesn't run on the right speed, but that isn't that big of a problem, plus there's a Game Genie code to adjust the music so it plays right (don't know the code though).
