What exact model of Playstation do you have? Check the bottom for a model number.

Well I guess i want to know about he last version of the PSX (w/o the rear port)9000, and the little (newer)PSONE. I know that all the eariler versions of the PSX, EXCEPT the last 9000 model, would allow the game shark to play imports. But since the 9000 model as well as the PSONE models dont have that port, will the disc version of the game shark allow you to play imports?

Good question. Alas, I can not tell you, as I wussed out and got a chipped PSone (model no. SCPH-101). But somebody should be able to tell you what you need to know.

I use a boot disc to play my imports and games I put on cd-rs on my psx (got it in like 1999 no idea what model number it is)
