Neo Geo AES System questions...

I have been hunting around for a good deal on a Neo Geo system, but don't know a lot about them. I am looking for a list of the different Neo Geo console versions made, and which ones were released in what countries...if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.

Off the top of my head:

Japan - Neo Geo AES / Neo Geo CD / Neo Geo CDZ
US - Neo Geo AES / Neo Geo CD
Europe - Neo Geo AES / Neo Geo CD

AFAIK, the only AES variant is the 'Gold' Edition, which is the same console, but was packaged with 2 sticks rather than 1, and a couple of games.
