...and it seems to be that the Screen of the game(showing on the box) is a "little" bit untrue.....or?
Anyone have this?Is it worth?

I actually played one of those circa 1990, though I don't think it was made by SEGA. Looked EXACTLY the same though.
Basically, its'a VHS tape and a mechanical steering wheel that moves a sensor across the bottom of the TV screen. There's a strip of white on the bottom of the screen that moves left and right in sync with the video. So, when the steering wheel sensor reads the white strip, your score increases.
it's about as interactive as the Action MAX, and fun for a couple minutes, which is about how long the video tape is if I recall correctly.
