I've made a simple I.Q. Test for Intellivision fans... yes all twelve of you.
Anyway, if you could give it a shot on my site, I'd appreciate any feedback that you can give on the operation of it, the questions, the answers, the look---anything.
The test requires Javascript, Flash and cookies set on to run properly. The test is also quite graphically-intensive, so 56k users be warned. It was designed for 1024 x 768, but let me know how it looks in your resolution/browser. I am not a programmer, and really only a beginning web-designer too, so take that into consideration. And the test is still in "testing".
And, just as a final note, the test is probably quite difficult for "passive fans". Here is the link:

Woo! Food ball! And I guessed on every one. And you know what? I learned from THAT screen too. I didn't know that the INTV was 16-bit. Well, they say you learn something new every day. I learned more than that.

My rank is Peter Pepper. That was fun and informative.

I ranked an egg. BTW, what are the different ranks available?
I'm on a Mac running OS 9.1. With Explorer 5.1, the questionnaire part works fine, but it won't end. However, with Netscape 7.0, it works just fine.

Thanks for the info... did you have cookies set on? Because it stores how many questions you have done in a cookie, and if it can't read that, it will just go on forever. If that's not the problem.. I don't know what it is... :o
But, thanks for the info, and I'll look into it.
Ranks are as follows: (number of correct answers)
Peter Pepper 10/10
Egg 9/10
Mug O' Root Beer 8/10
Pickle 7/10
Hot Dog 6/10
Food Ball less than 6 correct.

Nice Job, Ryan!
Looked just fine on 1024 x 768 though the "next question" graphic was often half off the page. I would reduce the font size of the explanation of the answer text a bit. The quiz itself is really nice. I got 9/10 (Egg), you got me on one of the easter egg questions. :grumble:

I'm a food ball, even though I have 40 complete games and play inty regularly. Really cool IQ game though.

Heh... as I stated before, the questions are drawn (randomly) from a pool of over 350 questions, so sometimes you might get a bunch of easy ones, and sometimes not.
And thanks for the comment on the font size, DP... I've been looking at it, but with the SF Intellivised font, the next size down is tiny! I'll see if there's anything else I can do.

Hot Dog even though I can't play my intellivision games. The Deadly Dogs question was put up twice.

The Deadly Dogs question was put up twice.
*Sadness* :(
Do you know what the chances are of that? I mean, there are 375 questions to be exact, and I was too lazy to program in a loop to test which questions you've done. But, mainly becuase I thought that the chances were so slim that I needn't worry about it. Damn. I hope that's the last time it will happen in history.
Thanks again for the help testing, everyone. There are still some browser-specific issues, but I think that they will always be there. I get it working in one browser, and lose it another. What's worse, is that Explorer is the pickiest of the bunch, and the most common. So, I have to make sure that it runs in that.

Not sure how you coded it, but a simple way to ensure no dupes would be to pick random number between 1-37, start at that question number,do same thing on second question, but add second random number to first, so you are always moving forward in question list. The 1-37 would work fine, if you have 10 questions per test out of a pool of 370 questions. Not elegant by any means, but its a quick dirty fix
