I was curious if anybody could clarify exactly what these are. I was thinking of making my own neo geo kit sometime here in the future, so this might be of use to me....

i don't think i can get them made for cheaper than that guy. If he gives in i might look into it. he originally told me he can get them made in china for about $2 but they are so big to ship 1000 of them it brings to total to like $6, and no one in the US or Mexico wants to make them for small quanities under 10k and with shipping there i can prolly get them to $4-5. but that would either both preorders/capital/storage and time and just is not worth it to me.
